It’s winter, and especially in the winter do I feel like a warm bowl of satiating oatmeal will be perfect. This or soup. But soup is savory and this is sweet. We can always have both! I have plenty of delicious hearty soup recipes up my sleeve! Who want’s them?! 😀

How many of you love oatmeal, and love to experiment with different flavour combos? I can tell you dark chocolate & raspberries go HAND IN HAND! Like… match made in heaven I swear! 😀

Anywho, moving on… I give you the one, the only, dark chocolate raspberry oatmeal! Give it a go tomorrow, or right now!

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plant milk (I used almond milk)
  • splash vanilla extract
  • handful of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I used enjoy life brand)
  • drizzle agave nectar (or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Place oats, raspberries, dark chocolate, vanilla extract & plant milk into a pot and simmer until thick/desired texture.

  2. Top with walnuts, fresh raspberries, agave, more chocolate chips, and anything you like! ENJOY!
