Vegan granola is so easy and delicious! What better way to start eating healthy than to prep large batches of healthy food for a long time. If you have it prepped, you won’t go for the unhealthy options. For me, prepping food or having it easily accessible or easy to prepare foods is THE way for me to keep to eating healthy!
For this vegan granola, I love to add this to smoothie bowls, or making cereal out of it with some fresh fruit and almond milk, or just to snack on when I’m on the go! So easy and it is definitely a tummy filler! 🙂

Homemade Vegan Granola
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Mix oats, coconut, almonds, raisins, flax meal and vanilla bean powder until well combined
Add agave (or maple syrup) and mix well until all combined
Line baking tray with parchment paper or silicone baking mat and pour mixture onto tray. Even it out into a think layer
Bake at 375F for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through
Once done, let cool completely. Add vegan chocolate chips, mix well. ENJOY!
