I’m extremely obsessed with pink dragonfruit (pitaya is the technical term). It’s bright pink sweet & beautiful. What’s not to love! Also, who else is simply obsessed with smoothie bowls & nice cream bowls!? I totally am. I love creating beautiful bowls so much that eating it hurts my soul hahah! That is almost true. ;D
I have recently changed my diet to a completely raw food diet – all vegan of course! So nice cream & smoothie bowls are a staple! But this cold weather is the only thing that gets in the way of me and a nice bowl of nice cream! 🙁
Alright serious topic for a second… I find most of my days I get sucked into the world of social media and I’m feeling a bit drained lately. This year is the year I focus on me, and what can I do to become a better me each day. I decided to spend much less time on social media and the internet in general and get outside, do more yoga and focus on the physical world I live in more. Of course I will still be present online, but I just won’t spend so much time consumed by it. I changed my diet, I am including more yoga into my daily routine, getting outside during the sunshine to get some fresh air, and working out much more! That’s just a little update about me. Pink Dragonfruit Bowl
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 packet of Pitaya Plus pink dragonfruit smoothie pack
- Splas of water or plant milk to blend
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Place into a bowl, and top with your favourite smoothie bowl toppings! ENJOY!
