Place the pudding ingredients in a jar and mix well until evenly combined
Place in refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours, for the chia seeds to absorb the milk to turn it into a pudding consistency
Add the blueberries & maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth, fold in chia seeds & place in a jar and allow that to set in refrigerator overnight to thicken.
Once both ingredients have reached your desired consistency, assemble together. Top with your favourite fruits, some coconut flakes & enjoy!
