Homemade Vegan Granola

Total Time 45 minutes


  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips


  1. Mix oats, coconut, almonds, raisins, flax meal and vanilla bean powder until well combined

  2. Add agave (or maple syrup) and mix well until all combined

  3. Line baking tray with parchment paper or silicone baking mat and pour mixture onto tray. Even it out into a think layer

  4. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through

  5. Once done, let cool completely. Add vegan chocolate chips, mix well. ENJOY!
